Introducing The Brereton Family, Estonia

Simon and Heloise have been living in Estonia since August 2003 having been sent out by Devonshire Road Christian Fellowship in Liverpool. They have three children Jack (7), Corin (5) and Daniel (3). They live in a small town, Võhma, in the centre of Estonia.

Võhma

The work there is still very much in its infancy. There are various meetings throughout the week as they seek to share the good news of Jesus Christ in this community. There is a Sunday meeting held in the local community centre, with a Sunday school for the children. In their home they hold a mid-week Bible study, church lunch and youth club. They also run a large kids’ club every other week, which is a lot of fun and involves visiting the children before each club in an attempt to make contact with the families.

Their vision

Their heart is to see the Lord establish His Church in Võhma with Estonian leaders. They would love to reach into the surrounding towns and villages, where there is very little, if any, Christian witness.
