John met his wife Tabitha soon after God called him to serve in Nakaru, Kenya. Tabitha is a Kikuyu and speaks three languages. They were married in June 2007.
John has a teaching ministry combined with evangelism. In more recent months he has felt God leading him into apostolic work in Nakuru and beyond, encouraging and building up the saints of God. He also enjoys organising conferences for visiting speakers.
Most of the displaced people’s camps created after recent violence have now been disbanded. During that time Tabitha did some voluntary work teaching adults with no previous education. As a result she is now in college doing a two-and-a-half year BA course in Education.
John has recently been invited to join a Prayer for Israel group with a view to teaching from the word and his experience.
